Be sure to take advantage of the "best month" to get a great deal on a car, truck or suv. It seems as though there is always some kind of advertising campaign claiming that "this is the best time to buy a car truck or suv" The truth is December is the best month to get a great deal. With manufacturer rebates at a year long high on 2011 model years and dealerships eager to get there share of the market you can negotiate a great deal. One other thing to remember is that it is true that there may be a little more incentive next moth on 2011 models ( and of course there may not be) there will also be a smaller selection. So forget about next month, go out and get the color you want with the options you want in the style you want now. Happy shopping and have a great/safe Holiday season.

Car buying via the internet

The car business is such a grind, and so competitive that sometimes it becomes a bad experience, not just for customers but for salespeople too. We try our hardest to avoid this type of experience, because what we really strive for is of course a sale but we want to earn a lifetime customer and a customer that will send friends and family to us!
The development of "Internet sales" has really eliminated a lot of these bad experience's. A customer can pick out a car, get a price on it, have a trade in appraised and even be approved for the loan before they set one foot into the dealership!
Imagine sitting at your desk pricing out vehicles on www.clearlakedodge.com !! No more waiting in the wings for what seems like hours to get prices and payments on your dream car! No more of the awkward first meeting between you and a salesperson. Think of how nice it would be to pull up to the dealership and tell the waiting salesperson that you are there to see someone. And then you walk into the dealership to meet a person who you have emailed several times and maybe even spoke to on the phone already. You go to look at the vehicle of your dreams(which is already detailed and ready for its new owner). You sit down and finalize the paperwork and you are the happy owner of your new vehicle!
This has just been the best, easiest vehicle buying experience you have ever had. The only thing left to do is to make a video with "Internet Guy" and you are on your way. It really truely is just that easy and smooth.
Don't put yourself through the hassle and stress of the "conventional" car buying experience! Just go to www.clearlakedodge.com pick out your dream car and let us make your life easy! If you would like to call first you can call me directly at 832-405-2585.

10 Things Every Customer Must Know When Buying a Car

1. Make sure the dealership has the vehicle and a dedicated Internet person that will honor the Internet price. Ask the Internet person to physically ensure the vehicle is still available. At Clear Lake Chrysler Jeep Dodge we will send you video of the vehicle you desire. This is not factory video but actual filming that we do in the dealership parking lot.

2. While buying is sometimes painful, remember -- you are going to live with the vehicle more than the few hours it may take to buy the vehicle. Make sure you are dealing with an agency that will stock parts at an appropriate level so you can have your vehicle fixed quickly.

3. Also confirm that the service department has Factory Certified and ASE Certified Mechanics. This will ensure that your vehicle not only gets fixed quickly, but it is fixed right the first time.

4. Make sure the dealership offers a free vehicle history report on every pre-owned vehicle, preferably on their web site.

5. Does the dealership you use offer special time-saving services, such as a free shuttle to work when your car is in service, a comfortable waiting room, children's play area, and wi-fi Internet access if you need to work while waiting?

6. Are the New Vehicles on the Internet giving a real E-Pricing option to you?

7. Are the pictures on the Internet a true description of the pre-owned vehicle? In other words, are there obvious touchups when you see the vehicle in person that were not apparent on the photos posted on the Internet? Are there stock photographs only on the Internet? You don't want to deal with someone trying to hide something.

8. Has the dealership been in business in the local area for a long time? Remember, stability counts for a lot.

9. Has the dealership invested in the modern technology needed to survive in the coming years? In other words, you as the customer need to know the dealership will be around tomorrow with the necessary facilities and equipment to service you after the sale. A modern facility with modern service diagnostic equipment saves you time and money.

10. Make sure the salespeople you deal with are helping with your wants and needs and not pushing you to purchase a vehicle that may be distressed merchandise.

Great Customer Service and Pricing

What do you want most when you purchase a new or used Car, Truck or SUV? In my experience it's great customer service, a superb Car, Truck or SUV that fits your wants and needs, and pricing that is under market value.

Let's talk about customer service. I have bought cars when I was in the Army, and I hated being messed around as I am sure you do. I made a pledge when I came into this business that my dealings with my clients would be truly transparent....I would tell the truth to my customers or find the answers if I did not know the answer. This has helped me to obtain a very satisfied customer base as well as having most of my existing customers refer me friends and relatives to also get their vehicles from me. I have made it my personal responsiblity to make sure you receive the finest service possible after the sale.

Secondly, at Clear Lake Dodge Chrysler Jeep, we have the finest, newest facility in the country. Chrysler is intent on our dealership being a volume leader. As Internet Director, I am mandated by Chrysler to make this happen. Also, our pre-owned vehicles are a great value. We have fresh trade-ins of every make and model and what we do not have we can generally get. These cars are fully safety checked and reconditioned to give you the best value possible.

Most importantly lets talk about price. I have a 3rd party automated system that scans every make and model we currently sell within a 100 mile radius. We then adjust our price to get you the best value possible on a clean Car, Truck or SUV. So call me, The Internet Guy, Lincoln Stahl, at 832-405-2585. That's my cell phone and feel free to call day or night. Or look my videos up on youtube.

Remember, my job is very simple: I want to get you the vehicle you want, at a price that will fit your budget, and all the information you need to make a good decision. Also, whether you purchase or not, you will leave our dealership happy. Does that sound fair enough?
